Why isn’t anything coming out when I press the pump?Updated 3 months ago

If the pump isn’t dispensing product, we understand how frustrating that can feel. In most cases, the pump just needs a quick kick-start.

Try this:

1. Make sure the cap is attached properly and pulled straight off (not twisted).

2. Hold the bottle upright.

3. Firmly tap the bottom of the bottle on a flat surface a few times.

This usually helps release any air pressure that might be blocking the pump and gets the product flowing again.
