Why does my dispenser look like a brush instead of a pump?Updated 3 months ago

It can look confusing at first, but nothing is wrong with your product.

If you fully twisted or unscrewed the cap, you’re now seeing the internal pump mechanism. This part can look like a small brush or sticky piece, but it’s simply the inside of the pump that sits in the cap. The pump isn’t missing — it’s built into the cap itself.

To use the dispenser correctly:

1. Screw the cap back on securely.

2. Once it’s fully tightened, pull the cap straight off. Do not twist it off again.

3. After pulling the cap straight off, you’ll be able to use the pump that sits inside the cap.

This is an easy mistake to make and happens quite often. Once the cap is removed the right way, the dispenser should work normally.
