The refund request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Any requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. It can take up to 5 to 7 days from the date of accepting your refund request by our Customer Service Team to process the refund.
