If the product isn’t the right fit for you, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on your first product so you can try it completely risk-free.

How it works

• This guarantee applies to first-time customers only 
• You may open and test one product, even if it has been used 
• If you ordered multiple products, only one opened item of each product-type is eligible for a refund 
• All other products must remain unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging 

Eligible products

Our risk-free guarantee applies to:

• Klyr Concealing Cream+ 
• Klyr Daycream+ 
• Klyr TanDrops+ 

Not eligible:

• Klyr Concealing Sponge+. The Concealing Sponge+ can only be refunded when it is returned sealed and unused (due to hygiene reasons).

Important conditions

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order 
• For any orders after your first purchase, the standard 14-day return period applies, and products must remain unopened and sealed to qualify for a refund 
• If you ordered multiple units of the same product (including different shades of our Concealing Cream+), please note that only one opened product is eligible for a refund 
• If more products are opened than allowed, we will issue a partial refund according to our return policy 

Refund details

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method 
• Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 4 business days 

Please note:

• Shipping costs are not refunded 
• If your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund 

Return process

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs 
• You are also responsible for ensuring your return arrives at our facility 

If your return does not arrive, we unfortunately cannot process a refund.
We recommend using tracked or insured shipping.
