100% Risk-Free Guarantee (First-Time Customers)
If you are trying Klyr for the first time and the product doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
This guarantee applies to one product only, even if the product has been used.
To request a refund, simply contact our support team and we will guide you through the return process.
Important Terms & Conditions
• The refund request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The 100% Money-Back Guarantee applies only to first-time customers.
• The guarantee covers one product per customer, even if the product has been used.
• If multiple products were purchased in the same order, only one opened product is eligible under the guarantee.
• All other products must be unopened and sealed in order to qualify for a refund.
• Any orders placed after your first purchase are not eligible for the used-product guarantee. Products must remain unopened and sealed to qualify for a refund.
• The following products are eligible for the 100% guarantee:

• Klyr Concealing Sponge+ is not eligible for this guarantee.
• Bundles, multi-packs, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Once the returned product has been received, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, but after a refund the order value falls below $70, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
• Any abuse or misuse of this policy may result in denial of refund eligibility.
