Need a Different Shade?

If you feel your current shade is too light or too dark, you don’t need to send the product back.

Instead, simply contact our support team and send a clear photo of the product applied on the top of your hand in natural lighting. This allows our team to properly assess how the shade looks on your skin.

Once we receive your photo, our team will review it and recommend the best shade for your skin tone. If a different shade would suit you better, we will arrange a shade replacement for you.

Helpful Tips for the Photo

To help us give the most accurate recommendation, please make sure that:

• The product is clearly visible on the top of your hand
• The photo is taken in natural lighting (no filters or heavy indoor lighting)
• The shade difference can be clearly seen against your skin
