When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged as soon as your order is confirmed. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

Absolutely. Klyr Men uses SSL encryption and trusted global payment processors. Your card details are never stored or shared, your privacy and security come first.
Can I use multiple payment methods on one order?
Not at the moment, each order can only be completed using one payment method.
My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?
First, check that your billing address and card details match your bank’s records. If it still doesn’t work, try another card or payment option. If the issue persists, contact us. We’ll help you get it sorted quickly.
Do you accept prepaid or gift cards?
Yes, as long as they are registered for online purchases and have a sufficient balance for the full order total.
Do I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. You’ll automatically receive a digital receipt via email after purchase. If you need a VAT invoice or a duplicate copy, reach out to our support team and we’ll send one your way.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can use Klarna at checkout to split your payment into interest-free installments or choose the “buy now, pay later” option.
What if I see a double charge?
Sometimes pending authorisations appear temporarily. If a duplicate charge doesn’t disappear within 3–5 business days, contact your bank or reach out to us, we’ll do our best to fix it immediately.
